Some of our machinery include–

Special flour mills
Ayuska has special flour mills installed inside the premises to pulverize different types of flour including besan, wheat flour, jowar flour, etc. This area will be regularly supervised by healthcare experts to monitor the process of making flour, packing and dispatching the same.

Masala Grinder
Precisely manufactured under the vigilance of our experts, a masala grinder will be used to grind different types of dry products like spices, salt, garlic, red chili, turmeric, etc. The spices available here will be completely home-made and manufactured in full transparency.

Cold storage facility
Our exclusive in-house dairy features a cold-storage facility to ensure that the product is always at its optimum level. Cold-storage will protect milk and other dairy products like cheese, paneer, flavored milk from harmful bacteria that may affect its quality and allow its lasting preservation.

Biogas plant
Following the zero waste policy, Ayuska has installed an advanced biogas plant to produce compost for farms and cooking gas from the waste generated from villas, kitchens, retails, restaurants, club-house, etc. Used oil will be then turned into candle wax for villa owners for different products and other waste like paper, plastic, tins and bottles will be salvaged.

Farsan Machine
Another home machinery that Ayuska features is a fresh farsan machine. Our in-house farsan machine will manufacture fresh and organic farsaan like gathiya, paapdi, sev, etc. right in front of you in order to maintain transparency.

Milk processing plant
In order to deliver freshly extracted milk while maintaining, Ayuska has a milk processing plant. This milk processing plant will collect, process, store, pasteurize and pack the milk making it ready and viable for delivery.

Cheese processing plant
In addition to other dairy products like dahi, paneer, sweets made of A2 milk and ghee made of A2 milk, Ayuska will provide home-made cheese specially made of A2 milk. The cheese processing plant present here will produce completely hygienic, organic and healthy cheese. The cheese will then be delivered to the dairy for sale and the restaurants to use.

Sugarcane farm
With a taste as divine as drops of honey, sugarcane juice contributes to numerous benefits. With a sugarcane farm right here in Ayuska itself, you can reap the benefits whenever you want. Sugarcane available here is a little more than just a delight, it is considered to be a natural energy booster and a Diabetic fighter.

Juice Machine
Ayuska installs a sugarcane juice machine right on the premises in order to serve you juice whenever you want. With our in-house juice machine ready to serve you with fresh, hygienic and organic sugarcane juice whenever you want, you can satisfy your sweet-tooth cravings in the healthiest way possible.

Jaggery
In addition to tasting delicious, jaggery has a lot of other properties. It’s also considered as one of the Ayurvedic medicines. With sugarcanes right from your farm to jaggery production, every element used here from producing the jaggery to distributing it is completely traditional and authentic.
